When we are open: Every day.
The test: We perform the test by nasal swab. It is not deep and not uncomfortable. The test brand is Panbio. It is a lateral flow test, also known as an LFD (lateral flow device).
Lab report: Read here
When to do the test: You are responsible for working that out. Most people get tested 1-2 days before their trip.
Turnaround time: Reports are sent out three times a day on weekdays, at 10 am, noon and 2 pm. On weekends, reports are sent out at 10 am and noon.

Non-residents: If you are not a resident of Canada, you will also be asked to sign this form.
We do not test people who have symptoms. If you have a sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, fever, loss of sense of taste or smell or otherwise feel unwell, you should not book an appointment. Rather, you should be tested at one of Ottawa's assessment centers.
